At Zari Collection, we work to get your order to you quickly, safely and affordably. Please read our shipping terms below so you know what to expect after placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During sale periods or high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times (Domestic — Pakistan)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) and 5–8 working days for remote/rural areas.
  • Express Shipping (where available): 1–2 working days for major cities. Additional charge applies.
  • We ship via reputable courier partners (TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, M&P, etc.). Courier partner is selected based on destination and service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight/size of items, and chosen shipping method.
  • Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions — terms and minimum order value (if any) will be shown at checkout or in promotional details.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible areas. An additional COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to limit COD for high-value orders or certain locations.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping through the website. If you need an international shipment, please contact us at zaricollection36@gmail.com to discuss options and costs.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and courier name. You can track your order on the courier’s website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of order confirmation, contact us at zaricollection36@gmail.com or 03707589011.

7. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and photos of the damaged product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement, exchange or refund after verification.
  • If your order is lost in transit (no delivery after the courier’s expected delivery window), contact us and we will open an inquiry with the courier. If the courier confirms loss, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange exchange or return as required.

8. Address Problems & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Zari Collection is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping charges may apply for re-shipment. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For domestic orders within Pakistan there are no customs fees. If we start international shipping, import duties and taxes for the destination country may apply and will be the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

10. Changing or Cancelling an Order

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at zaricollection36@gmail.com or 03707589011. If the order has not yet been processed/shipped we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, the standard return/exchange process applies.
