Return policy

At Zari Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
  • Sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-stitched or altered products
  • Accessories such as jewelry, scarves, and undergarments
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or flash sale items

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Email us at zaricollection36@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 03707589011 with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will review your request and confirm if it is eligible under our policy.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and courier details.
  4. Send the item back to us using the agreed method. Keep the courier receipt and tracking number for reference.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
    • Process your exchange for another size/item OR
    • Issue store credit (valid for 90 days) if a replacement is not available.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In case of defective or wrong product, Zari Collection will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice in your email/WhatsApp message.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.

6. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds for returns unless required by law. Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In most cases, store credit or exchange will be provided instead of cash refunds.

7. Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled — the standard return process will apply.
