At Zari Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
- Sale, discounted, clearance, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched or altered products
- Accessories such as jewelry, scarves, and undergarments
- Gift cards
- Clearance or flash sale items
3. Return & Exchange Process
- Email us at zaricollection36@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp 03707589011 with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will review your request and confirm if it is eligible under our policy.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and courier details.
- Send the item back to us using the agreed method. Keep the courier receipt and tracking number for reference.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
- Process your exchange for another size/item OR
- Issue store credit (valid for 90 days) if a replacement is not available.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- In case of defective or wrong product, Zari Collection will bear the return shipping cost.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice in your email/WhatsApp message.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
6. Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds for returns unless required by law. Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- In most cases, store credit or exchange will be provided instead of cash refunds.
7. Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled — the standard return process will apply.
